GOSPEL HALL
Demolition of century-old cattle shed come community centre in Betchworth to make way for a new 2 bedroom modern home. This design was carried out by local architects whose aim was to be sympathetic to the building’s heritage whilst complementing the surrounding landscape.
Cedar clad masonry walls and zinc standing seam roof achieved this well whilst an air source heat pump and solar panels resulted in greater energy independence and a reduced carbon footprint.
This build began in November 2022 and was completed in May 2023.
